Phone Mockup App ("the App") is a Shopify application that lets store owners generate phone-case / apparel product mockups and, for stores using the print fulfilment module, manage print-ready order files. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• Store information — your shop domain, access token, and app configuration (mockup templates, phone model catalog, product settings).
• Product data — product titles, images, tags, and variants you create or import through the App.
• Order data (print module only) — for stores that enable the print fulfilment module, we store order number, line items, and the customer's name and email so print jobs can be matched, previewed, and fulfilled. We do not collect payment card details; billing for the App itself is handled entirely by Shopify.

How we use information

Data is used solely to provide the App's functionality: compositing and publishing product mockups, and — for the print module — matching orders to print-ready files and generating print PDFs. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain store and order data for as long as the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, we deactivate your store record immediately. Approximately 48 hours later, Shopify notifies us to erase your shop's data, and we delete your store record, sessions, and generated files. If a customer requests their data be erased, we redact the customer name and email from any matching orders in our database. Billing records may be retained longer where required for accounting/legal purposes.

Third-party services

The App communicates with Shopify's Admin API to read/write products, orders, and inventory on your behalf, and with Shopify's Billing API to process your app subscription. No customer payment data passes through the App.

Your rights

You or your customers may request access to, or deletion of, personal data held by the App by contacting us at the address below. Shopify's own mandatory compliance webhooks (customer data request, customer redact, shop redact) are also honored automatically.
